Required Travel Expenses: Airfare (advanced fare coach-class inside Continental U.S.; Business-class outside Continental U.S.), hotel accommodations, ground transportation, parking & meals

Fees for certain educational, military, government, non-profit & faith-based organizations may be reduced to 50% of listed fees

Where certain organizations have limited budgets/resources, fees may be based upon ability to pay and other factors. We suggest that the organization propose an honorarium based upon "ability to pay" and we will make a determination based upon the circumstances of each case

Videotaping fee: 50% of speaking fee (J.D. Hunter Associates, LLC receives the master)
