Required Travel Expenses: Airfare (advanced fare coach-class inside Continental U.S.; Business-class outside Continental U.S.), hotel accommodations, ground transportation, parking & meals.

Fees for certain educational, military, government, non-profit & faith-based organizations may be reduced up to 50% of listed fees based upon"ability to pay" and other factors. We suggest that the organization propose an honorarium outlining their unique situation and we will make a determination based upon the circumstances of each case.

Videotaping fee: 50% of speaking fee (J.D. Hunter Associates, LLC receives the master)
